I love fitness. In my spare time, my favourite thing to do is to look up new fitness moves and nutrition tips. I'm constantly watching podcasts or videos to help me improve and be the best fitness instructor and nutrition coach I can be. I absolutely love teaching fitness classes at GFS. I am at my best as a person when I am there. I never have to pretend to be having fun as I just absolutely love torturing, I mean encouraging the girls. My favourite class to teach is BodyBars as I find it very empowering seeing women from all walks of life doing olympic style movements, especially the Snatch! I also love teaching Spin to the beat of the music as I love music and when I put it with exercising I experience such a euphoric feeling. When the music is blaring and we are spinning like crazy, it marries fun and fitness like no other. The best part about GFS is that I know all of these girls personally and I can remember the days when they struggled with certain weights or exercises and now they are lifting heavy and showing other new people how to execute a move. It seems to happen overnight and I get a thrill every time I see this. At GFS we are not just a gym we are a family of women who inspire and motivate each other to be the best we can be.
