Our Next Strength Program runs March 18- April 28th and will look a tad different as our Tues/Thurs classes will have a focus too. 
Monday- All Upper in a cardio accelerated format
Tuesday- Lower Hiits and Core
Wednesday -Lower and Shoulders 
Thursday Upper Hiits and Core
Friday Fun Full Body Friday 
Sunday- Full Body Strength- emphasis on lower body
